• Understanding and supporting Bank’s business philosophy and objectives;
• Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable DemirBank to meet its goal;
• Conducting all activities in compliance with DemirBank policies and procedures;
• Analyzing, coordinating and controlling the portfolio of loans in arrears and ensuring stable loan repayments;
• Working with branch management on improving the collections from loan portfolio;
• Coordinating and assessing the activity of branches, loan officers and regional managers aimed at recovery of loans;
• Development of procedures on working with loans in arrears aimed at optimization of the collection process;
• Regular visits to branches/outlets to provide support in organizing branch recovery activity and to assess performance and proper implementation of collection procedures;
• Cooperation with the branch management aimed at increasing the loan officers’ performance, effectiveness and raising their professional level;
• Participation in CC meetings related to loans restructuring issues;
• Organization/conduction of review of loans delivered to court;
• Conduction of meeting and seminars for Branch Managers and Loan Officers;
• Optimization of reports received from the Bank system database;
• Administration of the reports with the support of the banking information system;

Qualification and requirements:

• Education in Economics/Banking/Management;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in lending operations;
• At least 2 years of managerial experience;
• Good communication skills and excellent team player;
• Good managerial and leadership skills;
• Self-motivated and highly responsible;
• Dynamic and mobile;
• Ability to work in stressful situations;
• Good analytical capabilities;
• High level of loyalty towards the employer;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude;
• Knowledge of fundamentals of law (preferred);
• Knowledge of Russian (preferred)
