Head of the Division, Plastic Cards and Mobile Financial Services

• Lead and manage Plastic Cards and MFS of the Bank, including but not limited to
  • Lead the development and implementation of designated strategies related to Plastic Cards and MFS;
  • Become a key person in the Bank responsible for successful implementation of cards and mobile financial services;
  • Lead the development of business processes, organizing sales, preparing proposals for cards business strategy;
  • Prepairing proposals and participating in projects related to technological development of the bank and its services;
• Ensure compliance with the legislation and regulations of Azerbaijan;
• Participate in various committees and teams;
• Participate in forming good corporate culture and implement best international practice in every aspect of work;

• The Plastic Cards and MFS Division is a part of Retail Banking Department.
• The position will report directly to Retail Business Department Director.
• There are two position reporting to Head of Division: Issuing specialist and Acquiring specialist.
• The position’s next grade is Deputy Director of Retail Business Department.

2. Deep understanding of principles of cards business (issuing, acquiring, other.)

3. Knowledge of the rules and requirements of international payment systems, regulatory framework and related fields;

4. Experience in the implementation of Mobile Financial Services is a considerable advantage;

6. Degree in economics, banking, business administration. Advanced degree is a plus.

7. Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point), ABS system and card Back-Office;

8. Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, excellent command in English;

9. Managerial experience is an advantage.
