- Lead the development and execution of the IT transformation strategy, working closely with senior executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and applications to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring they align with the overall IT transformation goals and objectives.
- Design and develop business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps that provide a clear vision for the future state of the organization.
- Drive the integration of technology solutions and data management capabilities into business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize business capabilities and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with solution architects, system analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular assessments of the IT transformation progress, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for course correction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business architecture and IT transformation within the insurance sector.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) working as a Business Architect or in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of business architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman, and their practical application in IT transformations.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting business process analysis, modeling, and optimization.
- Experience in defining and implementing data governance and data management strategies.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including application, data, and infrastructure domains.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex IT transformation projects, delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline.
