Lead the development and execution of the IT transformation strategy, working closely with senior executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and applications to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring they align with the overall IT transformation goals and objectives.
Design and develop business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps that provide a clear vision for the future state of the organization.
Drive the integration of technology solutions and data management capabilities into business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize business capabilities and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
Collaborate with solution architects, system analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct regular assessments of the IT transformation progress, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for course correction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business architecture and IT transformation within the insurance sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (10 years) working as a Business Architect or in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of business architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman, and their practical application in IT transformations.
Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in conducting business process analysis, modeling, and optimization.
Experience in defining and implementing data governance and data management strategies.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including application, data, and infrastructure domains.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex IT transformation projects, delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline.
