Responsibilities:

• Organization of accounting according to legislation
• Preparation and submission of reports to tax and other state authorities
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payment and collection of invoices
• Accurate and timely preparation of all tax returns
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and tax requirements
• Conducting salary activities
• Monitor and organize accounting, bookkeeping, period closing processes and ensure compliance with accounting requirements
• Implement and optimize financial technology solutions to streamline operations, improve data accuracy and improve reporting capabilities

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas sector
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijan’s Tax regulations as well as HPPS taxes
• Strong knowledge of all accounting, tax and management accounting processes
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
