Constructions project engineer

Location: Office
Department: Operations Support Services

Objective:

Implementation of the project works: creation of constructive drawings; live sketching; provision of static reporting of constructions

Key responsibilities:

 To analyse project proposals and plans, to adjust the projects to the company’s requirements and to get management approval;
 To identify the project schedule, project plan and specifications, to calculate time requirements, to set the sequence of project elements, and to identify personnel and resources according to the project;
 To support the project’s schedule by monitoring the progress of the project, to implement the aligning of activities, to participate during problem solving;
 To analyse the project plan, design, specifications, planning, planning changes and make relevant proposals;
 To prepare sketches and draft versions of the project, to compile relevant technical documents, to prepare explanatory notes;
 To make recommendations on the implementation of advanced technologies;
 To ensure compliance of the designed construction with the technical tasks, standards and technical safety norms; to ensure their economic profitability;
 To participate in all safety meetings; and to apply gained knowledge at work.

Required Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:

 Education: Relevant engineering degree;
 Experience: 5 years working in construction administration for projects preferably in oil and gas sector;
 Skills: Computer skills including the demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office including pivot tables, reporting of large data sets and graphing, AutoCAD, project management software.
