Rig Installer

Location: Base
Department: Operations Support Services
Objective: Installation and assembly of drilling rigs, drilling equipment, mechanical equipment and other supporting structures.

Key responsibilities:

 To impement activities on installation, dismantling, and transportation of drilling rigs, boiler installations, water pumps, fuel-oil installations, electric drill engine and drilling equipment blocks, power, pump, rig-crane blocks, metal passage yards of drilling mud cleaning system, stairs, traps and fences; To implement soiling, concreting, fitting, carpenting and loading/unloading works during installation and dismantling of rigs and rig structures; To construct the steam and water lines;
 To assemble, disassemble and ensure transportation of the rig lifting and lowering mechanisms, drilling fluid circulation system equipment, spare bulk block, energy block, automation and mechanization devices; To determine the places for bases of drilling and rig equipment;
 To install and connect gas and water lines for diesel engines; To pressure test the lines and tanks; To centralize the drilling rig, drilling power equipment, and independent drilling blocks; To disassemble, transport and install the drilling rigs in order to drill with the rigs of all types and constructions;
 To install and disassemble pneumatic tire couplings; To gather pressure lines and manifolds and check how they fit; To centralize power transmitters; To take the drilling rigs out of conservation and test them;
 To accept the drilling rig for installation and to put it to operation afterwards; Placement of sampling scheme in accordance with local conditions. To place the sampling scheme for drilling rig installation in accordance with local conditions; To place the drilling equipment, lifting and transportation equipment and materials according to the scheme; To create “Tal” system; To participate during the testing of drilling rig; Tob prepare all the necessary documentation for the drilling rig;
Required Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:
 Education: Relevant specialised vocational education or high school education combined with relevant job experience;
 Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
