CRM Analyst
Responsibilities:
– Participation and control, together with business units, as well as with developers in the formulation of requirements for the project of CRM;
– The formalization of business processes and algorithms;
– Writing of business and functional(technical) requirements, setting targets for developers;
– Testing and acceptance of the developed functionality;
– Organization of the process of acceptance by the customer, consultation and training of users;
– Support automation and integration;
– Development of guidelines for the implemented functionality;
– Monitoring tasks of the implementation process.
Requirements:
– Experience in the banking / financial sector is preferable;
– Minimum 3 years’ BA experience in implementation/development projects of IT systems
– Good knowledge of English;
– Knowledge of Azerbaijan and Russian languages at a good level;
– Higher education (preferably economics / mathematics or engineering);
– Knowledge of MS-Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
– Availability of analytical skills;
– Detail- oriented;
– Willingness to learn and try new technologies;
– Perseverance and responsibility, ability to carry out routine work;
