Factoring Administrator

Scope of position:

1. Daily accounts control and immediate takeout of the funds upon their incoming to the account
2. Execution of all functions in the department in compliance with the relevant internal and external regulations &meeting prescribed individual KPIs and targets
3. Responsible for obtaining complete list of documents as per factoring checklist from RMs and the client & preparation of agreements and inputting the data into the system
4. Responsible for checking the relevance of handed invoices and supporting documents to the contract & sending notifications to sellers and buyers
5. Communication with relationship managers and customers to clarify all inaccuracies
6. Responsible for getting the factoring requests confirmed and the disbursement to the customer

Required qualifications & skills:

• Knowledge of MS office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
