Trade Finance Specialist

Scope of position / Strategic Responsibility

 Responsible for providing clients with Trade Finance products of the Bank ensuring proper and timely execution of all functional responsibilities related to Trade Finance product support

Functional Responsibilities

 Management of documentary operations (primarily, letters of credit, bank guarantees) for Bank’s clients
 Participation in structuring of trade finance deals for customers
 Documentary product development and sales support
 Regular monitoring of Trade Finance agreement compliance by client, monitor and ensure timely repayment/fulfillment of client’s outstanding obligations
 Ensuring effective assistance in appropriate pricing and agreement on Trade Finance facilities, understanding of customers needs and providing information on the latest Trade Finance products
 Handling of customers’ enquiries related to Trade Finance
 Maintaining effective communication with local and foreign corresponding Banks supporting Bank’s trade finance activities

Accountability over

 Management of documentary operations
 Trade Finance product support
 The normal course of daily operations within the unit
 Execution of all functions in the unit in compliance with the relevant internal and external regulations
