Job Description:
The moment a guest steps in to one of our hotels, they walk in to a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience . You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guest feel at home in any location.
Job Role Responsibilities:
– Be a trusted contact for all guest. Help them with anything from bill issiues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary
– Handle cash and credit transaction
– Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs –record and act on their preferences , and handle their messages , request, question and concerns.
– Manage online and phone reservations
– Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
– Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Job requirements :
– Work experience as Front Desk Agent or guest service position
– Experience with hotel reservations software, like Opera
– Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
– Customer service attitude
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Degree in hotel management is a plus
– Fluency in English and Russian
