“PASHA Insurance” OJSC is pleased to announce a vacant role of HR Business Partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partnership with the leadership of Agile and other teams to adapt the Human Resources strategy to the business strategy
• Conducting regular discussions with management to prepare and implement internal policy procedures for Agile and other teams
• Facilitating internal organizational changes and acting as change agent
• Providing day-to-day support on a variety of actions including employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and application, talent management, and development
• Conducting ongoing analysis of current and future professional staffing needs for business partners in Agile and other teams, and develop strategies to meet these needs
• Providing day-to-day support to Agile teams on employee relations, policy implementation, talent management and development, and other organizational issues
• Reviewing candidates’ applications in advance and determining whether they have relevant experience, knowledge and skills to the vacant position
• To keep up with trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to compete within market and industry
• Planning and implementing a comprehensive performance management and other strategic HR processes

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
• Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
• Excellent use of MS Office programs
• Professional knowledge of all transformational HR process ( Recruitment, Performance management, Training and Development, Talent Management)

EXPERIENCE:

• Three (3) to Five (5) years of HR Generalist experience with at least one (1) year of experience in both Talent Acquisition and HRBP

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law & compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and excel skills
• Proven client management and business literacy skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
• Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
