- Execute Country’s and hiring managers selection strategy: position requirements, search process and options preparing all related documentation
- Perform pre-screening selection activities: CV pre-screening, conducts telephone pre-screening – fact finding interview and short-listing candidates, coordinate calendars and handle communication between candidate and country (hiring manager, HRBP, Country TA Specialist)
- Resolve queries in a timely and appropriate manner, maintaining good customer relationships and high levels of service
- Ensure effective customer relationships are established and maintained through providing a prompt service by fully understanding clients’ needs and requirements
- Make productive use of technology tools and systems including SuccessFactors and EC to ensure effective service delivery
- Ensure that HR Recruitment processes are transacted in compliance with local legislation and CCI’s HR Policies and Procedures.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred field in Business, Economics or Social sciences)
- Min 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment/HR department/Recruitment Consultancy
- Knowledge of English and Central Asia countries used language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
