Main responsibilities:

• Gathering and analysing project-related data provided by third parties, and verifying it by doing proper research
• Performing financial modelling, including Discounted Cash Flow Model and Comparable Model
• Supporting financial models with sensitivity and scenario analysis to have a better understanding of investment’s risk-return profile
• Performing risk assessment and financial due diligence of investment opportunities
• Preparing presentations comprising financial ratios, tables and outcome of investment opportunities
• Participating in enterprise risk management process covering all functions of the company
• Undertake responsibility to comply with all the Occupation Heath, Safety and Sanitation requirement applied within the company
• To maintain total confidentiality
• Additional ad-hoc tasks as requested

Main requirements:

• A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting
• Financial modelling skills and the ability to create git for purpose financial models using best practice techniques
• Great understanding of the financial statements and interconnection between each other
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially formulas)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Hardworking with a good attitude, open to constructive feedback
• Strong analytical mind-set with great attention to detail, agile ability to exercise good judgment
• Extraordinary research, qualitative and quantitative analytical reasoning
• Highly ambitious and self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability
• Capability to operate in a stressful, deadline-driven environment while still maintaining strict attention to detail and the ability to prioritize issues appropriately
• Strong work ethic with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• ACCA, CFA, FRM certification
