Summary:
Provide 1st line technical assistance and user support with computer systems, hardware, or software issues.
Responsibilities:
- Perform actions to establish an overall integrated management system (IMS) for long-term perspective in SOCAR Downstream through integrating various management systems relevant to industry respectively;
- Perform activities for execution of actions for implementation of specific soft tools in order to automatize processes and effectively digitalize documentation relevant to IMS;
- Perform installation and troubleshooting of equipment, including laptops, desktop PCs, printers, and other network devices. Download, install, and troubleshoot software in an efficient manner;
- Handle malfunctions in computer networks, provide network monitoring;
- Ensure timely and correct handling of requests;
- Experience in OS Windows environment;
- Experience in MS Office applications;
- Add and debug desktop PCs in the domain system;
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy;
- Install operating systems, identify problems in operating systems and software.
Requirements:
- Over 2-3 years of work experience in IT
- Ready for potential business trips to regions
- Responsible, diligent, quick, and problem solving-oriented
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred);

- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and relevant soft tools;
