Job requirements:

• Bachelor degrees in Computer Science, engineering, or relevant field
• Certification as IT Professional is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
• Experience with server administration, including Windows Server, Linux, or virtualization technologies
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.

Key Accountabilities:

• Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, hardware upgrades, and system optimization to ensure the stability and performance of computer systems.
• Cloud Administration: Deployment, configuration, monitoring, security, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Network Management: Oversee the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Server Administration: Manage and maintain servers, including installation, configuration, and monitoring of server software, security patches, and backups.
• User Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various systems and applications.
• Data Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access, viruses, and other potential threats.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
• Technology Procurement: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and procure hardware, software, and networking equipment that aligns with the company’s requirements.
• Training and Education: Conduct technology training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their technical skills and ensure efficient utilization of IT resources.
• IT Infrastructure Planning: Assist in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, such as network expansions, system upgrades, and technology migrations.
