Title: Junior Technical Operations Specialist

What You Will Do

We are looking for someone who can assist to a high-performing engineering teams in the online marketing / SEO space, based in Baku.

We are looking for junior candidate who have a background in technical operations particularly in provide helpdesk and software deployment.

• Be responsible for the day to day operations ensuring the smooth running of the Technical Operations in Baku and wider organization;
• Managing web-sites, deploying to various web servers, buying domains and hostings from different countries
• Ensuring that clients services are delivered on across the area of Infrastructure, IT, cloud, security and network environments;
• Assistance to the delivered overall goals of the business;
• And/or any other tasks assigned by the Management.

What You Need to Know and Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in related studies;
• Familiarity with the followings: HTML, PHP, CSS, AWS, WordPress, Phyton(preferable)
• Agile (preferable Scrum) experience is desirable;
• Experience with code collaboration and reviewing;
• Experience running helpdesk service;
• Knowledge of Jira;
• Technical coding abilities and passionate about solving complex problems;
• Combined technical and commercial appreciation;
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
• Motivated to make a positive impact on our engineering culture and encouraging knowledge sharing;
• Fluent English.
