Main Accountabilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product (Trade credit line) using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Registered calls at internal CRM
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
- Generate and Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
- Will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve sales quota.
Requirements:
- University graduate (economy, law)
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of Russian / Azeri ; English- Upper Intermediate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
