Work Schedule: 6 days

Salary: Base salary + (Bonus based on Performance)

• Oversee lesson quality and teacher programs.
• Develop marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Negotiate partnerships.
• Provide employee training.
• Set and achieve strategic goals.
• Manage finances and call center.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Management, IT, or related.
• 3-5 years experience.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and a good command of English.
• Strong communication and management skills.
