- Organization of the work of the group for monitoring transactions and conducting claims work (in accordance with the current rules of the International Payment Systems);
- Monitoring the implementation of KPI;
- Development and implementation of training for employees (identification of problem areas, modernization / writing scripts, conducting trainings);
- Development of motivational bonus systems for project employees;
- Prompt response to the emergence of problem situations and their solution.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Higher economic, financial education;
- Experience in the direction of monitoring operations or claim work in the banking sector from 1 year;
- Experience in the field of Internet acquiring of bank payment cards from 1 year;
- Knowledge of regulatory documents related to the processing of financial claims (chargeback) and the rules of MPS;
- Knowledge of English – not lower than Upper Intermediate;
- High level of responsibility, analytical thinking.
