FINCA Impact Finance, one of the world’s leading microfinance networks, provides financial services to more than one million clients through 20 wholly-owned and operated subsidiaries in Africa, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East and Southern Asia, including FINCA Azerbaijan. Currently “FINCA Azerbaijan” is looking for a Recruitment and Staff Development Coordinator.

Goal:

The Recruitment and Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that FINCA Azerbaijan properly plans for its human resources needs, and that it executes effective recruitment and selection processes to meet these needs.  The Recruitment and Staff Development Coordinator will ensure that FINCA Azerbaijan maintains an updated knowledge of talent sources and potential candidates, and that the organization implements its recruitment and selection efforts in accordance with institutional standards.  The Recruitment and Staff Development Coordinator will also ensure that new hires are effectively inducted and socialized into the organization.  Also, is responsible for implementation of all of the Staff Development related activities, initiatives and policies.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in local language. English language skills desirable; 
• Strong networking skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 
• Task orientation with ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of urgency without losing  composure and compromising productivity; 
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff at all organizational levels; 
• Ability to produce results within a dynamic environment, demonstrate flexibility, and to respond quickly to changes; 
• Understand and accurately apply numeric skills needed to generate and monitor budgets etc.; 
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; 
• Excellent writing and document (Word, PowerPoint) formatting skills; 
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours (minimum domestic travel of 20% can be expected);
