- Developing corporate governance mechanisms within SOCAR Group, including corporate standards (policies);
- Setting up an effective working mechanisms for governance bodies;
- Taking part in the process of developing audit, ethics & compliance mechanisms and corporate structures for SOCAR Group;
- Taking part in the process of evaluation of corporate governance maturity level of Group companies;
- Managing the approval process of related party transactions, as well as transactions of special importance;
- Taking part in the process of incorporation & liquidation of legal entities (subsidiary, JV, associate companies);
- Establishing effective shareholder control mechanisms within SOCAR Group.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law);
- Degree in abroad is a privilege;
- At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in corporate law;
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to develop new approaches to resolve complex issues;
- Strong work ethics, problem solving;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
