- Participating in technical and functional requirements discussion of any task related with Core Banking
- Preparation of Business Requirement Documents based on Business Requirements
- Analysis of the technical structure of a business product, how it uses technology and what its goals are
- Work closely with the technical implementation team in bridging the gap from translating functional to technical details
- Formalize the test cases with QA members, testing new functionality
- Experience in functional analysis of business requirements
- Learning and setting configuration in core banking system
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the areas of expertise
- Minimum 3 years working experience in IT sphere
- Minimum 1 years working experience as BA
- Good understanding of core banking systems and bank products (knowledge of T24 is advantage)
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Russian.
- Ability to work in a team, make decisions, work under pressure
- Understanding of software development processes (SDLC)
- Knowledge of t-sql is advantage
- Problem solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of MS-Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- User experience in Jira, Confluence, GIT is advantage
- Willingness to learn and try new technologies
