    Tax Consultant

    Job description:

    • Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
    • Preparation of all statutory reports
    • Preparation of payroll and calculation of all related taxes
    • Input all transactions in accounting software (1C)
    • Maintaining correspondence with Tax and other Authorities as required
    • Manage month-end and year-end close process
    • Preparation of management reports as required
    • Preparation of Project Reports and reconciliation of accounting data
    • Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirement

    Candidate requirements:

    • University degree in Finance, Accounting and/or other related business disciplines
    • Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijan Tax regulations
    • Strong knowledge of statutory accounting procedures and principles
    • Strong knowledge of 1 C
    • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the related filed is required
    • Fluency in Azerbaijani (English and Russian is an advantage)
    • Professional qualifications are an advantage (such as ACCA, CIMA)
    • Solid knowledge and working experience of MS Office Programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (advanced Excel is an advantage)
    • Good team player
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
    • Problem-solving and decision- making skills
