1. Mechanical Engineer Piping

Job responsibilities

• Carry out the mechanical engineering  calculations such as pressure drops, piping ,Stell structure  Leading to development of equipment datasheets, including checking and updating equipment schedules
• Writing and developing specifications for pipes, equipment (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, vessels etc.) and valves together with checking mechanical data on instrument and process specifications
• Under general supervision of Project Manager to work on the design and development of mechanical components and systems 
• Writing Scope of work documents for installation contractors including testing and painting specifications
• Obtaining quotations, carrying out bid analysis for equipment, valves and installation contractors
• Visiting sites to carry out surveys, review job scopes and gather technical information
• To develop a project specification with senior engineers
• Development, testing and evaluation of theoretical designs
• Producing details of specifications and outline designs, using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modelling and computer-aided design, considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints
• Monitoring and commissioning of plant and systems
• Use of advanced 3D/2D drawing tools for mechanical design such as Solid works or similar
• Development and improvement of manufacturing processes and technologies for construction of components  
• Provide technical support on issues related to MEP building operations to the supervisors in other departments 
• Develop and assist in the implementation of a district wide scheduled and preventive maintenance, energy accounting and building monitoring systems 
•  Provide “in-house” technical resources and expertise for the development of MEP contract documents for bidding and construction administration on special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical engineering
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas  industry
• Knowledge of building infrastructure maintenance, operation and automation tools including electrical, mechanical, HVAC life safety and security systems
• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels 
• Professional level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages

We are currently looking for experienced candidate to fulfill Project Manager position.

Job responsibilities

• Ensuring robust technical and commercial change control mechanisms / procedures are in place and are being adhered to diligently; 
• Establish and implement project meetings whether internally or externally at Client premises and ensure their frequency and repetition;
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting and planning;
• Responsible for managing all Client and Vendor interfaces to ensure seamless project execution is achieved;
• Establishing and setting clear goals and priorities for all projects; 
• Supervise, develop and manage other safety professionals under their area of responsibility to ensure the effective administration of the project/company accident prevention efforts; 
• Responsible for fulfilling the administrative duties of projects including, providing field oversight and assistance, preparing estimates, marketing the company and creating a customized schedule;

6. HSE Specialist

Job responsibilities

• Develops and implements all necessary policies, procedures and regulations related to Health, Safety and Environment;
• knowing client’s HSSE requirements and expectations and the requirements of the Contractor’s company’s -approved HSSE Plan;
• responsible for monitoring and advising on work activities to ensure conformance to HSSE requirements and Project HSE Philosophy on the project site;
• promoting safe behaviors;
• reviewing Job Safety Analyses and Risk Assessments for all site activities in their defined work area;
• attending daily HSSE Tool-box meetings;
• performing daily site inspections to verify contractor compliance with requirements and conformance with plans and safe work systems;
• taking immediate corrective action whenever necessary to address non-conformance/non-compliance;
• participating in incident investigations as required;
• verifying and monitoring implementation of HSSE corrective actions;
• verifying and monitoring that protection equipment is fit for purpose and that it is used in accordance with approved procedures/practices;

7. Construction Manager

Job responsibilities

• Performs monitoring & surveillances of Contractors site activities.
• Provide HSE leadership and report to Company any unsafe acts or conditions, work with Company and Contractors to deliver expectations.
• Overseas for Company review of Contractors equipment installation (static & rotating), site materials control, equipment and materials preservation, site checks on piping, cleanliness and issues reports on acceptance of work done by Contractor.
• Identify and recommends resolutions of non-conformances and corrective actions to Contractors site construction team and monitors to satisfactory close-out.
• Review, mark up and participate in Contractors Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) ensure Company monitor, witness and hold points included in ITPs are implemented.
• Provide input into lessons learned and risk management systems.
• Provide detailed daily, weekly and monthly quality reports as required by project and attend project meetings as required.
• Review and confirm conformance of Contractors mechanical procedures.
• Perform performance reviews, recommend areas for improvement.
• Ensure Contractors fully implement project requirements as defined in approved specifications and procedures, particularly on equipment, materials preservation, joint integrity and piping cleanliness.
• Source required data for monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Be familiar with the specifications and requirements for his discipline for the project.
• Monitor the calibration status of tools used by the inspectors of the contractor & Vendors.
• Participate in contractors internal audits associated with discipline.
• Promote and leads by example on a One Team philosophy and works with the contractor to ensure continuous improvement.
• Promote the use of non-conformances as opportunities for improvement.
• Identify the NCR and seeks buy in by the contractor to issue it in their own system for resolution, close out and follow up on the preventive actions to ensure they do not repeat themselves.
• Apply a proactive approach to inspection to get it right the first time by being in front of the activities and not behind.
• Assist in the GOC documentation is being completed in time and in an accurate manner as activities get completed.
• Ensure that the preservation activities by the preservation subcontractor are executed and ensures cleaning less of provided skids and preservation routines are maintained.

Requirements

1. Formal Qualification in Mechanical Engineering e.g. HNC minimum.
2. Qualified as internal quality auditor (ISO-9000) desired.
3. Moderate experience in QC equipment and Materials Inspection, relating to construction of gas terminals.
4. Moderate experience in QC and inspection surveillances on client’s behalf overseeing Contractors work activities.
5. Good knowledge of hands-on use of inspection tools for dimensional control of static & rotating equipment, piping cleanliness and preservation of materials control performed by Contractor.
6. Experience in commissioning preferred.
7. Experience in preservation activities preferred.
8. Experience in ASME Flange / Joint Integrity Operations & personnel qualification.

8. Project Planning Engineer in Construction

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Project Schedule (Tools used: Primavera, MS Project etc.,) covering entire scope and within defined timelines
• Calculating Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement (of various trades) & Machinery Requirement
• Plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses
• Create Cashflow analysis (ie., Expected billing (cash inflow) vs Expected cashoutflow)
• Co-ordinate with various departments like Engineering (who provides working drawings), Procurement (who buys materials), Contracts (who awards contracts & raise any issues with the client), quality (who maintains )& Commissioning Departments
• Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
• Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance – usually Earned Value Method (EMV) is used for this) at various stages of the project to analyse deviations.
Create Project Closing Reports and Learnings

Requirements:

• Work experience 7 years in Planning and Control in Civil Construction sector;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Deep knowledge of MS project and AutoCAD;
• Engineering degree;

10. QC Specialist

Job responsibilities

• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
• Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Coordinate with the Client’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report.
• Report to the Project Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS).
• Taking care of QA documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA documents. Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction (SI) 
• Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Steel Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Carry out Internal Audit at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Client.

• Higher Education and minimum 3 – 5 year experience in related field
• Relevant certificates in QC Sphere
