Vacancy 1: Design Consultant

JOB CONTENT

To conduct color consultation appointments to suit client requirements and ensure high standards of customer service.
To own the relationship with interior designers and generate revenue for these channels

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain contacts with potential clients (both homeowners and interior designers) to understand their design requirements to leverage business.
• Discuss and analyse clients’ requirements and prepare presentation proposals to include full details of the proposal.
• Generate revenue for the organization whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience.
• Keep client posted on the progress and obtain their approval/feedback on completion of project to their satisfaction.
• Ensure that payment terms are adhered to by the client and ensure that all payments are received and all invoices are made as per payment schedule of the agreement.
• Keep abreast of the current painting trends and be aware of new market innovations.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Education/ Qualification
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design

Experience
• 2-5 years experience in architectural/ interior design or paining project management

Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge
• Understanding of painting terminology and theory
• Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to sell a concept
• Russian or Azeri speaking

Vacancy 2: Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate  to help launch the Azerbaijan retail business. This candidate has to be presentable and have an exceptional way with both homeowners and contractors. This person will spend most of their time focusing on small to medium sized decorative projects, whilst building relationships with contractors that are focusing on restaurants and small office builds. This person will be seen as the lead sales person within the store and will be involved in training the sales co-ordinator to build up their skill levels.

This person needs to be passionate, forward thinking and have the ability to work very autonomously with a proven sales history.

B2C paint experience is preferable but not necessary.

Must speak either Russian of Azeri. English is not essential.


Vacancy 3: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to help launch the Azerbaijan retail business. This candidate has to be presentable with fantastic organisational skills. This person should have a background in paint mixing and have the ability to manage time sheets, arrange application times with the team and have the ability to meet and greet customers.

Decorative paint experience is essential, but this person must be very presentable and have the ability to talk to homeowners. He will be the first point of contact with all homeowners when they enter the store.

Must speak either Russian of Azeri. English is not essential.
