Logistics Administrator – SİNTEKS LLC

We are currently looking for a candidate to fill Logistics Administrator position.

The duties will include:

• In charge of timely import/export deliveries of the company
• Ensuring the integrity of documentation needed for transportation process and customs clearance
• Timely preparation of reports/tasks requested by Logistics Manager/ Coordinator
• Database processing
• Liaise and negotiation with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure the goods are released/delivered in time
• Arranging the insurance of goods
• Freight invoices verification and further insert to database and financial system
• Acquiring necessary certifications/permission for transportation/customs clearance processes


• University degree in Business Administration/ Finance/Supply Chain Management/Logistics
• Relevant certificates and qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain Management  is required (Retail sector is an advantage)
• Experience in organization of various transportation means (air,sea,truck,container)
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, understanding of Contract Law and Standard Transport Terms and Conditions/supply chain process
• Good knowledge of Office programs
• Fluent Azeri, Russian and English
• Good time management and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
