Position: Manager, Corporate Programs
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing the vision and execution of the Corporate Programs (Leadership and Management Development, Communication Skills and Business Essentials).
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in HR Management, Learning and Development, Education, or related field preferred.
Minimum five years of Learning and Development experience;
Knowledge of project management and budgeting;
Significant program management experience with successfully planning, managing and delivering skills;
Business acumen skills to understand key business drivers and products in order to work with business leaders to identify training needs;
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends.
Effective communication (verbal and written) skills with all levels of management, faculty, international and business community, including negotiation, presentations and public speaking skills;
Strong organizational, time management, planning, prioritization and follow up skills to manage multiple assigned projects simultaneously;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups to achieve results;
Ability to work in a team and independently with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism;
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian both writing and speaking;
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects;
Excellent management skills with a strong ability to influence outcomes in a multi-level operation;
Knowledge of sales and sales management techniques;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP and CRM experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage program operations including budget, program delivery, evaluation/feedback and measurement of business impact;
Collaborate with professionals in corporate sector responsible for human resources and capacity building to identify their educational needs;
Be responsible for conducting thorough needs assessment process with clients and identifying core business challenges in organizations for custom programs;
Design programs that meet the clients’ expectation and help professionals build capabilities faster and continually; appropriately leverage and manage internal and/or external resources, best practices and innovations;
Oversee the quality control throughout entire program;
Assess effectiveness of the programs and change to program curriculum, as needed based on assessment and client feedback;
Serve as a credible and trusted advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals;
Develop and implement targeted, timely and effective marketing strategy of Leadership and Management Development, Communication Skills and Business Essentials Programs
Work closely with Branding and Communication Office on developing marketing materials (brochures, website, etc.) in compliance with ADA University branding;
Be responsible for establishment of new contacts with target audience on a regular basis and working closely with them;
Act as key contact for participants and prospective participants during outreach, recruiting, admission, and program delivery;
Continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the team of Executive Education;
Work closely with ADA University Foundation, Career Management Center and other ADA University staff members on implementation of the programs’ objectives;
Represent ADA University Executive Education in various public events and meetings internally and externally;
Monitor, evaluate and report progress on program implementation to the Associate Vice Rector of Executive Education on a regular basis;
Developing mid-term and annual reports to be submitted to the Associate Vice Rector of Executive Education;
Performing all other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
