• Verification and registration of internal payments
• Verification and registration of foreign payments
• Archivation and verification of daily documents
• Writing and registration of letters
• Reporting foreign payments
• Registration of custom declarations
• Verification of compliance
• Verification of documents for accounts opening/closing
• Systematization, archivation and scaning documents
• Answering of phone callings
• Accepting and verification other documents and applications
• Cash documents verification
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimal level of experience in Customer Service: 1 year
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
SKILLS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management, operational
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
• Ability and experience in writing clear and concise technical documentation
