İŞÇININ VƏZIFƏSI:
- Participating in projects initiated by or delegated to the Risk Management Team;
- Participating in carrying out Risk and Control Self Assessments (including facilitation of identification of risks & controls throughout the organization, development, reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and development of methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization, identification of key risk indicators in their business units);
- Assisting in aggregating and analyzing risk events (incidents) reported by the business units (ILDB);
- Assisting the Risk Owners and Risk Coordinators with the identification of key risk indicators in their business units;
- Assisting in monitoring the implementation of action plans to address medium and high key risk indicators;
- Analyzing identified trends in the key risk indicators reported to RMD;
- Assisting in performing root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future;
- Supporting in production of management reporting of operational risk data for senior management, committee and Board of Director level reporting;
- Assisting in stress-testing of Operational Risk.
TƏLƏBLƏR:
EXPERIENCE
- Experienced with minimum 1-2 years’ experience in direction of mentioned position;
- Experience in the banking sector (is an advantage).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements (is an advantage)
- Language: Azeri (fluent); English (fluent)
