1. Site Engineer

Key accountabilities:

• Overseeing construction work
• Undertaking surveys
• Support Construction manager setting out sites and organizing facilities
• Support Construction manager ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, timescales
• Support Construction manager preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Supervising contracted staff

Required skills/experience:

• Accredited degree in engineering.
• Minimum 2 years construction site experience
• Good command of English language.
• Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project
• Team working and good communication with subordinates
• Technical skills: AutoCAD design skills , statical analysis awareness in Civil engineering
• Problem solving
• Management skills: Capable of building teams and monitoring at site.

2. Construction Manager (Fit out works)

Key accountabilities:

• Delivery of a number of fit out, maintenance and refurbishment projects – mainly into residential properties
• The successful candidate will oversee all labour and subcontractors on site, and be responsible for the overall workmanship.
• Monitoring all work executed, at all stages, snagging of all works sign off responsibility of the finished product
• Working on Projects from inception to completion for example, taking client enquiry/suggestion, specifying and designing solution, producing pricing and proposal, liaising with client and taking order for project and ensuring delivery of project via the companies employees and subcontractors
• Ensure that project milestones and objectives are achieved and projects delivered on time and within budget
• Accountable day-to-day to the client, and internally our Project Manager
• Professional interface with other disciplines and the client’s representative
• Line management responsibility for a project team and indirectly for sub-contractors

Required skills/experience:

• Degree holder in Architecture is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant refurbishment/ fit out of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Recent experience working on large-scale residential construction projects.
• Ability to manage contractors and contracts labour work force
• Effective team control and building of team spirit/culture
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal fit-out from 2nd fix onwards
• Retaining existing clients for further work and securing new clients
• Demonstrate an understanding of overall project requirements and the ability to advise client’s knowledgably on overall project management issues
• Demonstrate effective leadership and high commitment in order to achieve goals
• Excellent communications skills; including report writing.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Eye for detail and a track record of managing sub-contractors to deliver a high quality finish

3. Site Fit-out Architect

Key accountabilities:

• Establish a safe working environment on a fast paced, fast track fit out project.
• Coordinate construction with multiple contractors and labour teams (if any) activities at the workspace, to secure progress without disrupting.
• Take site surveys and measurements, verify design and dimensions; and act to solve discrepancies.
• Revise architectural layouts and prepare details when necessary; through coordination with Project Manager in accordance with organisational process assets and brand image.
• Aim high end finishes on every aspect of construction by actively involving Quality Control on site. Collect and/or prepare all documents of quality control.
• Supervise direct personnel on mission critical tasks, as advised by Project Manager.
• Prepare material take-offs, coordinate procurement/supply of materials by checking available materials with Warehouse & reporting procurement requests to Project Manager. Manage logistics for a site.
• Report issues of conflicts, interactions with government & other external bodies, foreseen risks.
• Report progress reports, weekly work schedules.

Required skills/experience:

• Architect or coming from a trades background for Interior Finishes
• Basic computer literate & professional handling of ACAD
• Knowledge of finishes materials & details
• Team player with a can do attitude
• Fit Out experience is a MUST
• Good knowledge of English language
