Duty Manager (Shopping Mall)
Key accountabilities:
• Manage the over-all operational concerns of the mall including its physical management, safety and, security, housekeeping, landscape gardening, pest control services, technical maintenance of the building and equipment
• Helping out in increasing mall traffic through supervising marketing events that will also help create a positive image
• Manage building housekeeping services & maintenance programs
• Ensure timely delivery of necessary items & consumables
• Maintain ongoing Public Relations through Tenant Communication, Customer Relations, Social Responsibility
• Insurance claim process
• Tenant’s demise audit
• Work order approvals
• HSE Audits
• Any other additional responsibilities handed over by the Mall management time to time
Required skills/experience:
• Experience in hospitality or customer services field
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels
• Strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details, and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working shifts: 08:00 – 17:00, 14:00 – 23:00 (5 days/week)

Customer Service Assistant (Shopping Mall)
Key accountabilities:
• Greet and direct guests upon arrival, provide them with the information they need and answer other questions as best they can;
• Provide customers with information brochures;
• Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information;
• Acting as a spokeswoman for the event, coordinating with organizers, other staff members or featured guests – such as managers, artists, and caterers, and mingling among the crowd to make sure the event is on track and people are enjoying themselves;
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, e-mail or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Manage the issue of lost car parking tickets
• Preparation of daily base reports (lost and found, work permit list and etc.)
Required skills/experience:
• Female candidates with good customer service and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels
• Strong work ethic

Key accountabilities:
• Support with daily tasks on document controlling, scanning and filing
• COINS invoice registration
• Support with reporting, analysis of accounts during and at the month-end closing
• Stock, fixed asset count
Required skills/experience:
• Candidates should have at least Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related subjects;
• Computer skills
• ACCA F3 or equivalent exam pass is welcomed
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Understanding in applying accounting principles, auditing standards, procedures, and techniques;
• Speaking and writing English skills.
