Project Manager – PASHA Bank OJSC

“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Project Manager for its Strategy/PMO department

ABOUT PASHA BANK

PASHA Bank established in 2007, is a leading corporate bank in Azerbaijan. We have investment banking, trade finance, basic financial services, including asset management, as well as offer a comprehensive set of services for small and medium enterprises. The Bank’s main areas of non-oil sector of the economy – agribusiness, transportation, construction, trade and other areas of the economy that contribute to the diversity of services.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for facilitation of coordination between the departments and effectiveness of the project implementation.
To deliver efficient project management service to internal and external customers
To control and manage project execution plans for projects
To observe each project team member’s performance against objectives set in the project plan.
To run effective project requirements definition process
To gather and review business requirements, solicit project team members to define end user requirements and gain understating of the purpose or goal of various processes, offerings or practices, and analyze, elicit and document business needs and requirements
To report regularly to the Head of IT PMO & Demand Management on project progress

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3 years

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree
• PMP or Prince@ preferred (not mandatory)

SKILLS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
