Areas of Responsibility Include:
Supervision: Reports directly to HR&Administrative Director
Work directly with all departments
Setting clear team goals and escalate targets
Delegating tasks and set deadlines
Job Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment process of new employees
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing test results, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Build applicant sources by checking company’s’ existing applicants database, research and contact recruitment agencies, employment centers and internet sites
Ensure internal and external postings on vacancies are done in due course
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Conduct interviews
Arrange security check up for selected candidates
Arrange documents collection required for the employment
Provide training development team with the list of people and positions succeeded at the interview
Maintain recruitment status report
Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment statistics reports and presentations
Recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
Input all information about interviews, selected and rejected candidates to the system
Inform relevant teams about hired candidates (administrative, IT and ect..)
Follow company policies and procedures
Position Qualification
Education
Bachelors’ degree
Knowledge
Solid experience and knowledge in recruitment
Solid understanding of HR general practices and labor code

Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
