Relationship Manager of Commercial Banking Division

Main Accountability

Acquire and Grow a portfolio of Commercial Banking, focusing on increasing product penetration, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Foster customer relationships and optimum retention of existing portfolio
Maximize positive returns and grow the Bank’s share of wallet from designated portfolio.  Develop and implement a target plan geared towards expanding base portfolio (whether organically or by new acquisition) in order to achieve financial objectives/KPI.
Meet and exceed activity, sales, and other performance targets to ensure proper pipelines maintained and customers remain engaged.
Drive the usage of direct channels as available and appropriate to increase efficiency by lowering the cost to serve.
Deliver a customer-centric and relationship building approach to drive cross-sell, along with pursuing cross-border opportunities (PBT, PBG and PBA triangle).
Collaborate with product specialists (TB – TF, cash management, FX desk, IB and etc. ) and other business areas (i.e. Private Bank, Individual Bank) and team colleagues to build a diverse, tailored offering of products and services to our customers.
Participate in community organizations and activities in the markets served to promote the brand, enhance the Company’s image, and establish the Bank in the large corporate market.
Protect sensitive customer and bank information by ensuring documents, computers, files, and all confidential matters are appropriately handled as set forth by policy.
Compile and analyze the necessary information to develop timely, accurate, and complete credit recommendations.  Ensure compliance with credit and regulatory guidelines.
Maintenance of client relationships in targeted segment
Control over quality of own portfolio
Act according to the internal procedures with overdue customers and close cooperation with NPL team
Other duties given by Head of Commercial Banking Segment

Required qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field.
• High level of communication skills.
• Able to provide highly professional customer service.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Experience in business banking (both sales and credit analysis) is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must.
• Good in English and/or Russian.
