MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Continuous monitor Bank’s operations and analysis of possibility of operational risks occurrence
• Analysis of the changes to processes and products in terms of operational risk; similar analysis of all new processes and products. Initiation of ad-hoc monitoring
• Implement enterprise and operational risk mitigation procedures
• Enterprise and operational risk management methodology development and communication
• Oversee insurance program to provide adequate risk management, including determining adequacy of coverage amounts and managing claim processing
• Participate in projects initiated by or delegated to Operational Risk Management Division
• Manage the Risk and Incident Management System (reporting, analysis, action plans and their implementation)
• Meeting prescribed individual KPIs and targets
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimal level of relevant experience: 3 years
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
• Education directions: Economics, Banking
SKILLS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Frequent coordination and/or team problem solving with other structural units for work production or service quality
