“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking for Specialist / Loans under Pasha Life Insurance (PLI).
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for sales of Insurance Products and Credit products under Life Insurance (endowment assurance) for individual clients
Work on acquiring new customers and retaining long-term relation with existing clients.
Builds a high-quality Loan portfolio.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales of PLI Loans for Individual customers (meeting customers, consulting, collecting documents)
Actively participates in product development related to PLI
Collaborates with Companies/ Employers to present and offer products
Exchange information to compare sales figures and ensure conformity of various business components. Monthly control and verification of Deposit and Loan Portfolios correspondence to secure compliance (Deposit Portfolio as collateral coverage).
Monthly control of the agent fee payments by Insurance Companies for Insurance products sales via Bank branches by means of cross- selling along with the standard loans product.
Monthly update information of credit line limits and transfer on customers’ accounts
Onboarding of new clients from Corporate Banking segment for the payroll projects (in cooperation with Corporate and Institutional Banking Department and Insurance Companies)
Form long-term relationships with customers. Identify customers’ needs and sales of Loans and Insurance products for new and existing clients of the Bank
Conducts training for staff (e.g. Contact Center, Quality Assurance, Branches etc.)
Helps new staff members to adapt the environment and shares his expertise
Providing a high quality of customer service and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
SKILLS:
Minimal level of relevant experience: 1-5 year
Language knowledge: English/Russian
Knowledge of Loan and Insurance products specifics (loans, plastic card, deposits etc.);
