Project Manager
The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as Project Manager within IT & Operations Programs Division.
Job purpose
Responsible for successful execution of strategic programs and projects. This includes but not limited by facilitation and coordination between the departments/units, effective program/project implementation for achieving program/project financial and operational targets and ensuring program/project delivery in the given scope, budget, time and quality constraints.
Main Accountabilities
• To deliver a high-quality and efficient program/project management service in the Bank
• To effectively manage plan and budget execution for programs/projects
• To manage all program/project activities in accordance with internal procedures
• To manage all aspects of the program/project teams on a daily basis, observe each teams’ performance against objectives, KPIs and success factors set in the program/project plan
• To ensure appropriate communication with management and relevant stakeholders
• To produce accurate and timely reporting of program/project status throughout its life cycle
• To be willing to support peers in implementation of other programs and projects
Knowledge, skills and experience required
• Education: Bachelor degree in economics, finance or other relevant field.
• Work experience: Minimum 3 year experience in relevant field
• Foreign Language: English (fluent), Russian (fluent)
• License / Certificate: PMP / PMI / Prince2
• Computer Skills: MS office, Project/team collaboration tools (e.g JIRA)
• Other: Experience with Project Management software like JIRA, MS Project etc. is preferred. Strong self-discipline and deadline culture. Good negotiation and communication skills
