Position: HR Specialist
Salary: 600-700 AZN
Job descriptions:
• Manage all aspects of recruitment – hiring staff, producing job descriptions, placing adverts, organizing interviews and initial assessment.
• Maintenance of employee files( contracts, vacation records etc.)
• Prepare and provide Staff Satisfaction Survey’s
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Corporate events organization and management (summer vacation journeys, staff engagement corporate events)
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
• Insurance matters – preparing all documents for social, medical, compulsory and other type of insurance.
• Preparing corresponding documents for accepting employees to the job and discharging them from job.
• Registration all necessary information in e-government system
• Registration of expats: Register expats in Regional Migration Office
• Prepare required documents and apply for residential and work permits
• Support expats with matters relevant to accommodation
Responsibilities:
University degree
Proficient in Azerbaijani, Russian and English (intermediate),
Experience in similar position
Knowledge of Labor Code
Proficiency with Microsoft Office(word,excel,outlook)
Ability to plan and organize work
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Knowledge of business etiquette, friendliness
