Product Development Specialist

PASHA Bank is seeking a Specialist (Cards, Innovations and Loyalty Solutions) for its Product Development Division of Retail Banking Department.

Responsibilities:

• Product terms development (including card design and card tariffs)
• Profitability calculation
• Product Marketing
• New features and Value Added Services for cards and payments
• Close collaboration with IT and Operations, creating technical requirements and processes
• Customer Journey analysis
• Customer Onboarding process
• Campaign Management
• Activities for card acceptance and increase of cashless
• Cooperation with Payment Systems
• Sales Strategy Planning

Required qualifications & skills:

• At least 1-3 year work experience in relevant field
• Product Knowledge – Bank cards
• Deep knowledge of banks regulations
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is a must
