Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participation and control, together with business units, as well as with developers in the formulation of requirements for the project of Mobile banking and after the project for other such requests from business units;
• The formalization of business processes and algorithms;
• Writing of business and functional(technical) requirements, setting targets for developers;
• Coordination and information support of the work of the development team and the business team;
• Testing and acceptance of the developed functionality;
• Organization of the process of acceptance by the customer, consultation and training of users;
• Development of guidelines for the implemented functionality;
• Monitoring tasks of the implementation process.

Requirements:

• Experience in banking / financial sector is preferable;
• At least 3 years of BA experience in area of implementing/development projects of IT systems;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian. Fluency in Azerbaijani is must;
• Bachelor degree preferably in economics / mathematics or engineering;
• Knowledge of MS-Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Being detailed-oriented;
• Willingness to learn and try new technologies;
• Perseverance and responsibility, ability to carry out routine work.
