- Preparation of sales reports for internal purposes and for customers on request;
- Research and analysis of public sources, collection of statistical data;
- Support in Sales Planning;
- Preparation of offers/quotas, tender documents;
- Creation of customers and contracts in CRM tool;
- Preparation of Sales contracts;
- Maintain proper data accuracy in systems (SFDC, LOGON and SAP);
- Provide effective administration support to customers.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related fields;
- Languages: Good-English and Fluent-Azerbaijani. Russian is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; SAP knowledge is preferable;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, follow the deadlines;
- At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Administration
