A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Groupis looking for F&B Manager for its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
 Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
 Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
 Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
 Direct and manage all food and beverage activities to maximize revenue, profitability and quality goals by developing and executing marketing strategies, up-selling strategies, controlling costs and by providing quality service and products to guests.
 Conduct monthly departmental meetings with staff in order to review the monthly achievements and areas for development.
 Conduct daily operations briefings with the Executive Chef.
 Implement corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, traditions and initiatives for F&B Department. 
 Comply with all health and safety regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
 Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
 Fluent Azeri, English and Russian languages.
 Professional experience of at least 3 years in F&B department.
