- Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.
- Oversee all accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, inventory, payroll and taxes.
- Develop and maintain the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, analyzing variances.
- Prepare montly and quarterly financial reporting packages consisting financial statements, business updates presentation and analysis of variances compared to budget and prior periods.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and internal control frameworks.
- Liaise with internal auditors to facilitate their reviews and address any concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance department
- Experience in accounting, budgeting and reporting
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio və s.), 1C, Coins
- ACCA FA(F3) and FR(F7) Certification is required
- Education: Bachelor degree in Finance at least
- Language skills: Advanced level of Azerbaijani and English
