• Deep knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and related databases, as well as geodatabases;

• Ensuring the creation, protection, and management of GIS databases (PostgreSQL);

• Managing business processes within ESRI Enterprise (ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Data Store etc.) and file-based geographic databases;

• Preparation of procedures and functions for the translation and migration of data;

• Ability to leverage the use of ESRI ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS portal and its applications, such as ArcGIS Dashboard, ArcGIS Story Map, ArcGIS Quick Capture;

• Ensuring the development and maintenance of GIS data models, data standards, and system integrations;

• Exporting and importing geographic data into GIS systems;

• Establishing raster mosaic and ArcGIS Mosaic / Imagery databases;

• Integrating satellite imagery and electronic maps (base maps) into geographic information system databases;

• Education – Applied mathematics, computer engineering, computer science, specialization in geographic information systems, information technology, etc.
• Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.
• Experience in data collection, manipulation, and analysis using GIS tools and techniques.
• Language skills – Proficient in Azerbaijani language, intermediate level in English
• Computer skills – MsSQL, PostgreSQL, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Arcgis Desktop, MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with database management systems and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) (preferred)
