Position: Revenue Manager

Job Role Responsibilities:

– Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
– Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
– Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
– Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies
– High level of motivation, determination and commitment.
– Optimize and expand distribution partnerships
– To conduct analyses of prices offered by other hotels to develop competitive prices and discounts
– Complete all rooms and revenue forecasting to accurately project unconstrained demand
– Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
– Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.

Job requirements :

– Preferable previous experience in Revenue/Room reservation
– Good communication skills – English , Russian and Azerbaijan
– experience of work in international chain hotels
– immediate start preferred
– Good team working skills;
– Multitasking ability;
– Ability to work under operational pressure;
– Analysis and allocation of revenues and expenses;
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
