Specialist of Private Banking

“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Specialist for its Private Banking Department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Administering a high quality of customer service by providing day to day operational support to PASHA Bank’s Private Banking Relationship Managers as required and as appropriate
* Responsibility for achieving the targets as agreed in the annual objectives, unless specifically agreed otherwise by the line manager
* Provision of day-to-day tasks within agreed deadlines & with highest level of standards
* Maintaining proper documents flow (including customer records) & archiving in accordance with approved policies & procedures
* Completing all relevant documentation and reports accurately and within agreed deadlines
* Adhering all activities and operations with Bank’s compliance requirements. Identifying and referring any possible fraudulent transactions

Required qualifications & skills:

* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Minimal level of bank experience 2 year
* Attention to details, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required.
* Ability to work individually and to cooperate with coworkers in creating smooth workflow
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
* Advanced in English and Russian
