“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a SME Receivables Finance Specialist.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for receivables finance products, development of strategic product functions, defining all product features, conditions and related business processes, providing opinion / applications analysis and extending support to Loan Origination & Structuring Analysts in processing deals of the product. Sales support to Relationship Managers.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing product features and conditions, ongoing updating in order to have relevant propositions to customers
• Providing expertise assessment of applications assisting to Analysts in origination & structuring
• Defining and managing product and related processes functional card
• Designing relevant decision making approaches for receivables financing taking into account exposure volumes, business conditions of contractual parties, other key drivers
• Responsible for daily operation work – related to decision-making and administration of current deals
• Interacting with RMs assisting with sales of receivables finance products
• Ensuring financial and legal review of the terms and conditions of the contracts and supporting documents provided by the customer
• Risk management of factoring deals
• Responsible for PR & Promotion of product. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and sector trends
• Development of subject matter knowledge
SKILLS:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field.
• High level of analytical skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in business banking products and business financial analysis (business financials, operational transactions knowledge and handling).
• Basic legal scope (examination of contracts)
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must.
• Good in English and/or Russian.
