- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets stakeholders’ information needs;
- Prepares presentations to stakeholders regarding human resources policies and practices;
- Manages recruitment process in the Company;
- Participates in the recruitment process of senior staff;
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation and onboarding;
- Coordinates CEO awareness in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and ethics;
- Analyzes salary and benefits reports and data to advise competitive compensation plan;
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs;
- Manages administration of performance review process to ensure effectiveness & compliance within organization;
- Supervises benefits programs;
- Investigates ethical accidents and prepares reports to CEO and Ethics Committee;
- Supervises participation in salary surveys within labor market to determine competitive salary rate;
- Manages preparation of employee termination notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind termination;
- Administers reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover;
- Coordinates with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, consultants etc.
Xüsusi tələblər
- More than 7 years of experience in function;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders;
- Strong problem solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills;
- The ability to manage multi-task effectively and interact in the organization;
- Availability of related certificates is beneficial;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Working knowledge of MS Suite;
- Clear, concise communications.
