Executive Director, Management
“Capital Management Investment Company” OJSC is looking for an Executive Director to lead the oldest Investment Company in the securities market of AR.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field. CFA or MBA Certificates are welcome.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in securities markets of AR.
• The presence of Certificate of Qualification issued by Financial Markets Supervisory Authority (FIMSA) is preffered.
• Strong knowledge of AR and foreign securities markets.
• Deep understanding of budget forecasting processes.
• Strong skill set in business management, finance, accounting and reporting.
• Experience with consulting and analysis.
Desired Characteristics
• Skillful handling of the MS Office Pack and other similar software.
• Solid experience with exchange platforms such as CETA, Bloomberg, Trademaster International will be considered advantage.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments under trying conditions.
• Fluent English and Russian.
